Services
Zintl Technical Solutions provides Christmas lighting installation, maintenance, and takedown services as described in individual service agreements and quotes. All services are subject to a written quote accepted by the customer before work begins.
Quotes and Pricing
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is as stated in the accepted quote. Additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.
Service Guarantee
We guarantee all hardware installed by us against defects and failures for the duration of the installation season. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by severe weather, vandalism, or customer modification of the system.
Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% is required to schedule installation. The remaining balance is due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit.
